Binaree is looking for 3rd Game Designer for Pale Lands. We started Pale Lands on August 2015 and it is launched on February 2017 globally except Korea, China, Japan and Russia. We are showing good indices after the global launch, and watching for a chance to grow explosively based on these indices. We are looking a designer who can educe the game as a Pale Lands team member.

  • Analyze, optimize and design complex game systems and their interdependencies for Pale Lands
  • Iterate systems and balance based on feedback from the user base, development team and stakeholders
  • Optimize the user experience and maximise engagement, retention, and monetisation metrics
  • Bring up the idea for the mid/long-term game play and design the game system to work well with existing systems
  • UX optimization

[Basic Qualifications]

  • At least 3 years experience in game design, ideally in a Game Systems Designer or similar position
  • Worked on at least 1 successful free-to-play mobile game from conception to live service in senior capacity, and in systems design or related areas
  • Strong understanding of free-to-play business models and mechanics; and the ability to break down, abstract, and discuss such mechanics
  • Background experience in economics, statistics, analytics or mathematics is a plus
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
